Do you charge upfront fees for agency work?
In most cases, no. We prefer performance-based structures where we only make money when the business is already generating results. Exact terms depend on the store, budget, offer, and what kind of support is needed.
Can I apply if my store is not making money yet?
Yes. If your store is not profitable yet, we can still review it for agency support, coaching, ad strategy, creative improvement, or a better growth plan. For acquisition offers, profitable stores usually have a stronger chance of receiving a serious offer.
How long does an acquisition take?
Some acquisitions can move in a few days to a couple of weeks. More complex stores can take longer, especially if the numbers are unstable, the traffic needs deeper review, or there are details outside of our control. In some cases, the process may take a month or two.
Can I use Freeman EA&A to scale first and sell later?
Yes. Some owners may want help growing the store before considering an exit. If the business improves, it may become more valuable later.
